2. חשבון

3. תקופת ניסיון ומנוי

6. שמירת נתונים

נתוני חשבון נשמרים כל עוד חשבונך פעיל ו-12 חודשים לאחר המחיקה (לצורך חובות משפטיות). אסימוני סשן פגים לאחר 7 ימים. נתוני אנליטיקה אנונימיים נשמרים 26 חודשים.

7. זכויותיך (GDPR וחוק הגנת הפרטיות הישראלי)

  • גישה — בקש עותק של הנתונים שלך (הגדרות → ייצוא נתונים).
  • תיקון — עדכן את הפרופיל שלך בכל עת.
  • מחיקה — מחק את חשבונך (הגדרות → מחק חשבון).
  • ניידות — הורד את הנתונים שלך כקובץ JSON.
  • התנגדות / ביטול הסכמה — הסר מנוי מדיוור שיווקי בכל עת; ביטול הסכמה לאנליטיקה.
  • הגשת תלונה — משתמשי האיחוד האירופי רשאים לפנות לרשות הפיקוח הלאומית; משתמשים ישראלים רשאים לפנות לרשות להגנת הפרטיות (PIIPA).

1. Service

CalGal ("Service", "we", "us") is a nutrition tracking web application operated by Agetinc, accessible at starved.recipes/calgal. These Terms govern your use of the Service.

2. Account

You must be 16 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Free Trial & Subscription

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (monthly or annual). Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service; impersonate others; upload unlawful content; or interfere with other users' access.

5. Health Disclaimer

CalGal provides general nutrition information only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by Agetinc. You retain ownership of any personal data you enter. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Data controller: Agetinc, operating CalGal at starved.recipes/calgal. Contact our privacy team at privacy@starved.recipes.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: email, name, hashed password (never stored in plain text), OAuth provider ID.
  • Usage data: IP address at sign-up (for fraud prevention), session tokens (hashed).
  • Nutrition data: stored locally on your device; not transmitted to our servers.
  • Payment data: handled entirely by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy); we receive only subscription status.
  • Analytics: aggregated, anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics 4 — only if you consent.

3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

  • Contract performance — account management and service delivery.
  • Legitimate interest — security, fraud prevention, service improvement.
  • Consent — marketing emails, analytics cookies.

4. How we use your data

To provide and improve the Service, send transactional emails (verification, password reset), and — with your consent — marketing updates. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Third-party processors

  • Cloudflare — hosting & CDN (EU data centres). Privacy policy.
  • Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional and marketing email. Privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics 4 — opt-in analytics. Privacy policy.

6. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for 12 months after deletion (for legal obligations). Session tokens expire after 7 days. Anonymised analytics are retained for 26 months.

7. Your rights (GDPR & Israeli Privacy Law)

  • Access — request a copy of your data (Settings → Export data).
  • Rectification — update your profile at any time.
  • Erasure — delete your account (Settings → Delete account).
  • Portability — download your data as JSON.
  • Objection / withdrawal — unsubscribe from marketing at any time; withdraw analytics consent.
  • Lodge a complaint — EU users may contact their national supervisory authority; Israeli users may contact the Privacy Protection Authority (PPA).

8. International transfers

Data may be processed outside the EEA (e.g. Cloudflare global CDN). We ensure transfers comply with GDPR Chapter V via Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us to remove such data.

10. Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie (__cg_s) to maintain your session. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time via Settings → Cookie Preferences.

Measures taken

  • Semantic HTML with proper ARIA roles and labels.
  • All interactive elements are keyboard-navigable.
  • Colour contrast ratios meet WCAG AA minimums (4.5:1 for text).
  • Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements.
  • Live regions (aria-live) announce dynamic content changes.
  • Form fields have visible labels and error messages.
  • The app does not rely solely on colour to convey meaning.
  • Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or function.

Known limitations

  • Canvas-based charts (calorie ring, weight chart) include text equivalents but are not fully accessible to screen readers. We plan to add accessible data tables in a future update.
  • The AI photo-scan feature requires a camera and may not be accessible to all users; manual food entry is always available as an alternative.

Tested with VoiceOver (iOS/macOS), TalkBack (Android), and keyboard-only navigation on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
